All our properties are new builds, which suggests they are modern properties recently built to the latest building regulations and of contemporary design. Tenants will have good live-in experiences with these properties and tend to have far fewer maintenance requests caused by the property defects, compared with period properties.

Most of our properties are located in Zone 1 and 2 of London, close to major public transport network, shops and schools and universities. 

Safety:

All our properties are subjected to a thorough check before we offer them for rent to ensure that they are compliant with all safety legislation including Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations, Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations, Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations and The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide (England) Regulations. All properties must also have a current Energy Performance Certificate.

All our properties are fully managed so you can be reassured that if any problems arise you simply contact our property management team. Any necessary repairs can be undertaken by our qualified contractors without the need for you to be present.
